In 1969 this was a live word/general knowledge puzzle quiz show from DNTV, produced by Murray Hutchinson and hosted by Don McCutcheon.
The contestants are in pairs, and as each answers a question correctly, he or she is awarded a letter (as well as the encouragement of cash) which goes to making up a five-letter answer to the final cryptic clue.
