In "Encounters", a modern ballet specially commissioned by the N.Z.B.C. for television. they were given the chance to further develop techniques used over the previous two years. Encounters is a modern ballet, choregraphed by Patricia and performed by the New Zealand Ballet the music was composed and conducted by Bernie Allen. musical director tor Happen Inn, and performed by the Auckland Neophonic Orchestra, augmented with a Moog Synthesiser.
The cast is Leigh Mathews. Yvonne Parnell. Jan Blanch. Jon Trimmer. Peter Edwards, Chris Cooper. Jennv Carson. Caroline Claver. and Margaret Brown.
